Our Missions Provide Free Services!   FaithHealth Connectors and local volunteers are here to help individuals suffering from long term illnesses such as stoke, cancer, hip fractures, etc. By being a HealthCare Advocate for you we can help you with your health care needs.  We provide transportation and can attend your appointment with you to provide additional support and ensure that you have shared and heard all the information needed during your doctor appointment.
