My name is Paul Strickland, and I am the new Connector for FaithHealthNC in Ashe County. I am a retired Registered Nurse, having been certified in Developmental Disabilities and also working in home health, oncology and psychiatric settings. My wife, Cindy and I were campers in Racoon Hollar Campground for several years and decided to make Ashe County our retirement home. We are from the Sumter/Camden, SC area. Our Missions Provide Free Services! FaithHealth Connectors and local volunteers are here to help individuals suffering from long term illnesses such as stoke, cancer, hip fractures, etc. By being a HealthCare Advocate for you we can help you with your health care needs. We provide transportation and can attend your appointment with you to provide additional support and ensure that you have shared and heard all the information needed during your doctor appointment.
